          The purpose of this research was to purpose a model for a computer-assisted Instruction
          Resource Center under the jurisdiction of the Department of General Education, Ministry of Education. The sample used in the study consisted of 34 specialist in computer and educational technology.
          The delphi technique was designed to generate group consensus by using five rating scales questionnaire. The median and interquatile range were used to analyze the data. Findings were considered as the criteria when the median value was equal to or more than 3.50 and the interquatile range was equal to or less than 1.50.
The final consensus were considered as a model for a Computer-assisted Instruction Resource Center. They were:
          1. The first three objectives of the center were: to research and develop CAI: to coordinate, cooperate, and advice; and to be center in producing and providing CAI.
          2. The function and roles of the center were: providing CAI; developing personnel; conducting training; seminars, exhibitions, information services, copying, exchanging information, setting standardized criteria and CAI quality testing ; and supporting research and CAI development.
          3. The structure and administration of the center were consisted of 4 divisions: production and supply, personnel development, academic, and secretariat. The staffs should include instructional system designers, programmers, trainers, technicians, educational technologists and public relations offices.
          4. The materials and equipment required were computers with printers, multimedia equipment, fax modems, scanners, and satellite disc. The computer network system should be included.
