          The purpose of this research were to study factors and job satisfaction of educational technology personnel in private higher education institution. A survey and a jop satisfaction questionnaire was education institutions. Final usable questionnaire were 178, 79.1% the population. Data were analyzed by frequency, percentage mean and standard deviation. It was found that :
          1. most of the educational technology personnel in private higher education institutions were male, with a bachelor degree but without educational background in education technology, 1-2 years working experiences, working from 8.30 am. To 4.30 pm., 8 to 10 hours a day with high work load. They also indicated that the overtime pay was available but the compensation benefits were inadequate and advanced budget for purchasing was unavailable. The process of purchasing equipment was complex and delaying.
          Most instructors and students had moderate knowledge about AV utilization and were moderately polite and courteous. A variety of service forms were available. The services frequently provided foe immediate needs. Most of the equipment were inaccessible because of the instance between buildings. There were a few lifts in buildings and insufficient equipment trolleys. The r institutions’ transportation were also insufficient for outside services. There were a few well-equipped
          And modified classroom for use. The advanced services should be informed. In the most centers, office space was available. Most of personnel were assigned special duties, received 2-steps salary and gained knowledge and experienced from training in the country. They were satisfied with their job because of having specific skills.
          2. The educational technology personnel moderately satisfied with their job (x =3.37). the highest job satisfaction related to colleagues (x=3.81) and the lowest job satisfaction related to the work progress (x=2.78).
