          The purpose of this research was to study needs of administrators and instructors concerning the establishment of computer-assisted Instruction Center of Rajamagala Institute of Technology. Fifty-five administrators and thirty hundred and ten instructors were asked to determine their needs on a questionnaire developed by the researcher. Statistical treatment of the data included frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. The results revealed that :

          1. The administrators indicated the higher needs of computers for some faculties or campus. Others needs were : providing basic computer training for every instructors ; establishing Computer-Assisted Instruction Center with service system; providing available service time for students ; establishing center at Pratumtani campus with sub-center at other campus; providing rooms for developing CAI lesson; offering service time from Monday through Saturday; and providing CAI consultation foe instructors.

          2. The instructors needed CAI personnel, responsible division for media or CAI innovation; and individualized instruction media. They also indicated the unavailability of instructional aid and highly differences among students. They needed CAI center at Pratumthani with sub-center at other campus, CAI lesson for fundamental mathematics courses, service time between 8.00 am.-7.00 pm., and providing CAI lesson knowledge in printed media.
