The
purpose of this research was to study the interaction between culture
appeared in comic books and cultural background upon reading comprehension
of students of mathayom suksa one.
The finding are as f allows :-
1. No signal
scant interaction was found between culture appeared in comic books and
cultural background upon reading comprehension of students of mathayom
suksa one at .05 level.
2. There were
statistically. significant differences between reading comprehension of
students who learnt comic books with north cultural background, central
cultural background-and south cultural background at .05 level. The students
who received central cultural background had significantly better reading
comprehension than student, who received north cultural background at
.05 level.
3. There were
statistically significant differences of reading comprehension of students
with different cultural appeared in comic book styles. The central cultural
appeared in comic book style showed better reading comprehension than
south cultural appeared in comic books style at .05 level.
