The
purpose of this research was to study the relationship between
Selected variables and job satisfaction. The subjects were 251 educational
Technologists in training center of public enterprises, Bangkok Metropolis.
The findings were
1.Educational
technologists in training center of public enterprises were
highly satisfied with their job.
2.There were
statistically significant positive relationship at .05 level
between job satisfaction and the following selected variables: age between
and 56-60; educational background ; working experiences between 11-20
and 21-30 years; position of middle and high supervisor; training administrator
role; salary between 16,000-20,000 and upper than 30,000 baht per month
; promotion experience ; special responsibility; interesting job; feeling
proud of the professional; opportunity for advancement; job assignment;
and job security.
There were statistically significant negative relationships at .05 level
between job satisfaction and the following selected variables : working
experiences between 6-10 years ; position of low supervisor ; roles of
graphic and media producer for training ; salary between 11,000-15,000
baht per month; and difficulty in traveling to work.
3.In stepwise
multiple regression analysis, the three predictor variables together were
able to account for 12.04% of the variance in job satisfaction: opportunity
for advancement ; training administrator role ; and job security.
